What is OCA?
OCA is an innovative crisis information management system that helps combat agencies plan and manage information, operations and communications related to security incidents, natural disasters, epidemics, terrorist attacks, and large public events. In doing so it provides an overall snapshot of all incident related information to support better judgements on what to do next and how to organise troops. At a strategic level it's also a highly effective tool for engagement with key stakeholders such as ministers, members of the public and partner agencies.
