In addition to telephone and email support we have an Issue Tracker system for clients to log issues or jobs, manage workflow and approvals, and monitor progress.
We also have monitoring systems in place and a 24 x 7 paging service for our on-call technicians, so we can respond to any urgent support issues or outages anytime.
